Burgos lock up Suleiman Braimoh

Two-time Basketball Champion League winners San Pablo Burgos have signed big man Suleiman Braimoh to a two-year deal, Chema de Lucas of Eurohoops reports.

Next season will be Braimoh's fourth straight year of competing in the BCL. The 31-year-old spent the last three years in Israel. The power forward/center had his BCL debut in 2018-19 with Hapoel Eliat.

The following season, the 2.03 m Nigerian transferred to Hapoel Jerusalem, where he has been playing ever since.

Braimoh averaged 14.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 18.8 EFF over 31.1 minutes in the BCL last year. In the Israeli Basketball Premier League, he accumulated 17.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 18.2 EFF over 27.9 minutes.

Hapoel will compete in Group B of the BCL next season. There, they will face Arged Bmslam Stal, Baxi Manresa, and Pinar Karsiyaka.
