Report: Raptors, Khem Birch finalizing a three-year $20 million deal

Former Olympiacos big man Khem Birch is finalizing a three-year deal, worth $20 million, to remain in Toronto, as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Birch originally signed with the Raptors back in April after being waived by the Orlando Magic. Birch's time with the Raptors has been really productive, he averaged 11.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. He also had a career-high game, scoring 20 points against the Denver Nuggets on April 29.

The Canadian big man spent two seasons in Europe, one with Turkish club Usak Sportif and one with Olympiacos Piraeus. While in Greece, he averaged 7.3 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in EuroLeague. After the season with Olympiacos, he signed a deal with the Orlando Magic and ended up spending three and a half seasons in Florida.
