Following their home EuroLeague Round 7 defeat to ASVEL Villeurbanne, Panathinaikos enjoyed an easy afternoon at OAKA against Kolossos Rhodes. The Greens prevailed by 77-54 (13-16, 21-11, 26-11, 17-16) and are now 3-1 on home ground.

The most important news regarding the game, however, was 15-year-old's Neoklis Avdalas's first points as a pro. Overall, the young prospect scored 5 points in 12 minutes.

Panathinaikos were terrible from the three-point line (7/32, 22%) from behind the arc throughout the game. Captain Ioannis Papapetrou and forward Okaro White were the two absentees from the hosts, who saw Jehyve Floyd return to action.

The Greens started the game slow, trailing by three points (13-16) at the end of the first quarter.

The hosts needed two consecutive Nemanja Nedovic three-pointers to break the game open (42-30), but Kolossos prevented them from getting an even bigger lead. Pot and Williams scored from behind the arc to make it 42-36, but that was as close as Kolossos could get.

Priftis's men went on a 13-0 run that made it 55-36, behind 7 points by Sant-Roos and another 4 by Bochoridis. The game was essentially over since the team from Rhodes had limited resources.

Panathinaikos: Sant-Roos 13 (8 REB, 3 ST), Bochoridis 13 (7 REB), Nedovic 10, Kaselakis 9.

Kolossos Rhodes: Williams 13 (4/14 FG), Chatzidakis 9, Floyd 8 (3/16 FG).
