Following a win against Zalgiris Kaunas on Friday, UNICS Kazan have more good news for their supporters. The club has officially announced that they're signing John Holland to the roster.

The agreement signed with the American guard will come into power after passing a medical examination and will last until the end of this season.

Holland has played for UNICS before. The 33-year-old player averaged 10.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists for 9.7 PIR for the Russian club in the 7DAYS EuroCup last season.

Holland had a brief outing in the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2017/2018 season where he scored 21 points in his last match of the year. Before joining UNICS Kazan last season, Holland played for Hapoel Jerusalem in 2019/2020.
