Juancho Hernangomez’s time in San Antonio is over.

The Spurs traded the 26-year-old forward, acquired from Boston last month, as part of a three-way trade on Wednesday, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Three weeks after he got traded to the San Antonio Spurs, Juancho Hernangomez is switching teams again by moving to the Utah Jazz. Hernangomez came to the Spurs in the January deal that sent Bryn Forbes to Denver. He played in five games for the Spurs.

On the other hand, Tomas Satoransky is headed to the Spurs from the New Orleans Pelicans. A 30-year-old in his sixth NBA season, Satoransky appeared in 32 games for the Pelicans this season, averaging 2.8 points in 15 minutes per contest. He is in the final season of a contract that pays him $10 million this season.

It’s a three-way deal between the Spurs, the Jazz, and the Blazers that also involves a trade of Nickeil Alexander-Walker from the Blazers to Utah.

Alexander-Walker, 23, averaged 12.8 points, 3.3 boards and 2.8 assists in 50 games (19 starts) with the Pelicans.

Former EuroLeague champion Joe Ingles, who has spent his entire NBA career with the Jazz, is headed to Portland.

Ingles, 34, tore his ACL and is out for the rest of this season. He left as Utah's all-time 3-point leader, making 1,071 shots from long distance in his career. He is a 40.8 percent career shooter from 3-point range but had converted a career-low 34.7 percent this season. In 590 games (313 starts), Ingles has averages of 8.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.

Elijah Hughes is joining Ingles in Portland, with the Blazers also getting a second-round pick.
