Following his short-lived and uneventful stint with UNICS Kazan, John Holland will continue his career in Turkey with EuroCup team Bursaspor.
John Holland signed with UNICS Kazan in February but left the team before he could play any matches with the EuroLeague side due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
The 33-year-old also played for UNICS Kazan in the 2020-21 season, and made 43 appearances for the Russian team, averaging 21.7 minutes, 9.7 points and 1.8 assists.
Holland had a brief outing in the NBA with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2017/2018 season where he scored 21 points in his last match of the year.

Before joining UNICS Kazan last season, he played for Hapoel Jerusalem in 2019/2020. He had also played for Besiktas in Turkey during the 2014-15 season.
Bursaspor are sitting in 9th place (next-to-last) in EuroCup Group B with a 4-7 balance.
