After winning an important Game 2 matchup against Anadolu Efes Istanbul last night, AX Armani Exchange Milan's head coach Ettore Messina provided more good news for the club's fans.
According to the legendary specialist, there is a realistic scenario in which the injured Luigi Datome could potentially play in Game 3 of the series on Tuesday.
"Datome will try to train tomorrow," Messina told Basketnews after the match yesterday. "If he is able to play 5-10 minutes in the Italian league against Reggio Emilia, I'll bring him with us in Istanbul, and then maybe a miracle might happen, let's see."

Datome has been sidelined since April 4th due to a knee injury. The forward underwent surgery the following day and has been out ever since. He averaged 6.7 points and 1.5 rebounds for 4.3 PIR for the club during the regular season.
After evening out the series at 1 yesterday, Milan will try to take the lead in the matchup against Anadolu Efes on Tuesday in Istanbul. The future of Malcolm Delaney and Sergio Rodriguez is also uncertain as both players left Game 2 with injuries.
"Malcolm suffered an abdominal strain. Sergio sprained an ankle, tomorrow, we'll do all the tests to evaluate how long they'll be out," Messina told the media yesterday about his players' injuries.
The Italian team is already missing Nicolo Melli who injured his calf in Game 1 and is out for the series.
