Bayern Munich showing interest in Jaron Blossomgame

FC Bayern Munich are considering the case of Jaron Blossomgame for the upcoming season, according to Encestando.es.

It's expected the ongoing talks could end up in an agreement when the 2021-22 season is over, per the report.

Blossomgame is the current member of Ratiopharm Ulm. He led Ulm to the 7DAYS EuroCup quarterfinals, being the sixth-best scorer in the competition (16.3 PPG) thanks to excellent shooting accuracy from all angles (55.8% 2PT, 41.4% 3PT). He also averaged 7.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 20.0 PIR.

With such stat lines, Blossomgame entered the All-EuroCup First Team.

The American athlete was the regular season Round 4 MVP after posting 26 points, 11 rebounds, and a PIR of 35 in a road victory against eventual quarterfinalist Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana.

Blossomgame started his professional career in the NBA G League. After being selected with the 59th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, he spent the season with Austin Spurs.

Blossomgame averaged 16.0 points and 8.0 rebounds (54 games) for the San Antonio Spurs affiliate team. After the stint there, he shifted to the Cleveland Cavaliers and posted 4.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 27 NBA career duels.

G League squads and Ironi Nahariya in Israel were other career stops before Germany.
