The back-to-back EuroLeague champions Anadolu Efes Istanbul show strong interest in signing Zalgiris Kaunas frontcourt player Josh Nebo, per BasketNews sources.

According to sources, both sides are in advanced talks.

Last year, Nebo signed a 1+1 deal with Zalgiris. There was a buyout clause included in his agreement with the Lithuanian club.

In his rookie EuroLeague campaign, Nebo averaged 8.8 points (2FG: 65%), 6.2 rebounds (2.5 ORB), 0.8 blocks, and 12.8 PIR.

He led Zalgiris in PIR last EuroLeague season, though Zalgiris finished last in the standings.

Nebo emerged as one of the most athletic bigs in the league. A 24-year-old frontcourt player still has a lot of room for improvement.

Anadolu Efes are actively working on building a team for the next season.

According to Ugur Ozan Sulak of Socrates, Will Clyburn will wear Anadolu Efes jersey. BasketNews sources also confirmed this information.
