Joe Ragland puts on a monster performance as Holon beat Jerusalem in Israeli semis

Hapoel Holon's Joe Ragland racked up a career-high 40 points, to go along with 8/10 from three-point range in his team's 93-78 road win over Hapoel Jerusalem for the Israeli League semifinals.

Ragland, an All-Champions League First Team selection this year, went for 40 points in 31 minutes of action, but his stat line was just as impressive: 6/12 two-point shots, 8/10 three-point shots, 4/4 free-throw shooting.

He even added 7 rebounds, 4 steals and 9 assists for only one turnover. His total PIR amounted to 49, almost half of Holon's total (110).

32-year-old Ragland had been averaging only 11.0 points per contest in the regular season, but his numbers have skyrocketed in the playoffs. Over four games, he's averaged 25.0 points on 66.7% from deep (18/27), 4.3 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 2.5 turnovers for a PIR of 30.8!

Tyrus McGee was his team's second scorer with 18 points and 7/12 from the field, while Suleiman Braimoh and KC Rivers put up 20 and 16 points respectively for the losing side.
