Jeffery Taylor and Real Madrid part ways after seven years

Real Madrid announced the end of Jeffery Taylor's term with the Spanish powerhouse. The Swede had joined Europe's winningest club in the summer of 2015 and will now search for his next destination after spending seven seasons in Madrid.

"Real Madrid want to show their gratitude and affection to Jeffery Taylor for his exemplary behavior and for the dedication and professionalism that he has shown throughout the time he has defended our jersey," the announcement reads.

Taylor (2.01, 33 years old) landed in Madrid in 2015, and since then he has averaged averages of 5.9 points and 1.7 rebounds in the ACB, and 4.7 points and 1.8 rebounds in the EuroLeague.

In his seven seasons at Real Madrid, Taylor won a total of 13 titles: 1 EuroLeague (2018), 1 Intercontinental Cup, 4 ACB Leagues, 3 Spanish Cups and 4 Spanish Super Cups.

Taylor has become the second foreigner who has played the most games in the history of Real Madrid, with a total of 463 games.
