Brandon Brown became Peristeri Athens' latest addition, the Greek club announced. The contract between the two sides is for one year.

The 33-year-old American point guard has been playing in Europe since 2015 and last season (2021-2022) he played in Romania for U-Banca Transilvania Cluj, averaging 10.6 points, 2.04 rebounds, 4.15 assists and 1.58 steals in 48 games, numbers that skyrocketed to 14.2 points, 1.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists in the BCL.

He led his side to a memorable season in the BCL and now Peristeri hope the same will happen under coach's Vassilis Spanoulis guidance. The Greek club has big ambitions ahead of next season, whilst reportedly having a budget of 1.5 million euros at their disposal.
