After officializing the return of French international forward Amine Noua, LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne continue to build their squad for the coming season.

According to Eurohoops, the French club has decided to hire Retin Obasohan (1.88m, 29 years old). Last season, the Belgian international back played under with Hapoel Jerusalem and averaged 16.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 5.1 assists in the Winner League. He joined Chris Babb, Chris Johnson, Nimrod Levi and Chinanu Onuaku in the competition's First Team.

Obasohan started his career with Sidigas Avellino in Italy, moved to the BBL for Bamberg in 2019 and then to the Czech Republic for perennial champs Nymburk.
