Last season's EuroCup finalists Frutti Extra Bursaspor announced the signing of former Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana center Zach Auguste.

Auguste, who holds both the American and the Greek citizenship and celebrated his 29th birthday on July 8, went to Europe after his college career at Notre Dame. He joined Panathinaikos OPAP Athens in 2017-18, making his EuroLeague debut, before he returned to the Greens for another one-year stint in 2020.

In the meanwhile, Auguste had played two seasons with Galatasaray in the Turkish ING League and the Basketball Champions League. He finished the 2021-22 campaign with Slovenian team Cedevita Olimpija, averaging 8.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 18 EuroCup matches and in 18 minutes of playing time.
