Former Panathinaikos OPAP Athens captain Ioannis Papapetrou is a new member of Partizan NIS Belgrade, the Serbian club announced.

The length of the contract is not specified in the press release, but according to BasketNews sources, the Greek forward signed a 2-year deal.

Meanwhile, MozzartSport reports that Panathinaikos owed Papapetrou €300 000 in wages, but the player agreed to forgive it, so Partizan wouldn't pay his €400 000 buyout fee to the Greens.
