The Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai publicly expressed his support for the Nets front office and coaching staff via his Twitter account.
"Our front office and coaching staff have my support. We will make decisions in the best interest of the Brooklyn Nets," Tsai wrote on his social media account.
The Athletic's Shams Charania reported Monday that in a meeting with Nets governor Joe Tsai, Kevin Durant reiterated his desire to be traded unless Tsai fires both head coach Steve Nash and general manager Sean Marks.

The Nets superstar and Tsai spoke in London on Saturday. It's been a year since Durant agreed to a four-year, $198 million contract extension with the Nets.
So far, the Toronto Raptors, Miami Heat, and Boston Celtics are reportedly the front runners to acquire Durant through trade packages.
KD landed in Brooklyn in 2019. Nash began his coaching career with the Nets in 2020, while Marks has been the club GM since February 2016.
