Aleksa Avramovic to miss EuroBasket

One of the Serbian national team's leaders from the recent World Cup qualifiers window, Aleksa Avramovic, will miss EuroBasket due to an arm injury, according to Dorde Matic's of Mozzarsport information.

The day after the Serbian head coach Svetislav Pesic decided to cut the captain Milos Teodosic from the team, it became clear that Avramovic would not be able to make himself available for the upcoming EuroBasket either due to his renewed right hand injury.

According to initial information, the Partizan Belgrade guard will have to wear a cast for four weeks, while the complete recovery will take about two months.

Serbia will play its first preparation match against Montenegro on August 13 in Belgrade, behind closed doors.
