Usman Garuba grabbed a few key offensive rebounds and made some defensive stops that won EuroBasket games for Spain. But the Spanish national team didn't see Garuba making such input with a career-high passing.

A 20-year-old big man scored 4 points and had 5 rebounds but surprised many with 7 assists, including a few nice dishes in the fourth quarter that were followed by funny Garuba's celebrations.

Spain surprisingly reached the EuroBasket final after a tight win over Germany 96-91.

"Usman, where did you learn to pass like that?" Spanish national team forward Juancho Hernangomez video bombed Garuba's interview as if he was a journalist.

"I've been passing like that my whole life, just no one believed me. Now they see it," Garuba told with confidence.

"We made it to finals, and I'm so happy. We're ready for this," Garuba added on victory.

It was not the first time Garuba made important plays to help his team win.

But the Houston Rockets forward doesn't think it's his personal restart after a tough NBA season.

"It's not a restart. I've been working a lot even though I was injured. I've been working a lot for the moment like this," Garuba said. "I want to play games like this in the NBA. I want to play games like this on the national team. I'm so happy for me and my teammates."
