Anadolu Efes open new Turkish League season with Istanbul derby victory

Anadolu Efes went on a clutch 14-0 run to start the new Turkish League season on a high note.

The back-to-back EuroLeague champions started their new season in the Turkish League.

Anadolu Efes managed to overcome the other Istanbul team Galatasaray to claim their first W, 77-68 (15-9, 23-24, 13-19, 26-16).

Ergin Ataman's squad delivered when it mattered the most. They closed a game with a clutch 14-0 run to go from a 5-point deficit (63-68) to a 9-point lead (77-68).

Efes' guard Rodrigue Beaubois scored a game-high 21 points (2/3 2PT, 5/9 3PT, 2/2 FT).

Elijah Bryant added 12 points (2/3 2PT, 2/4 3PT, 2/2 FT), 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 19 PIR.
