"Coach Jasikevicius didn't say anything to me, and he only called me two months after I was kicked out asking if I was angry. I wasn't anymore, when a stage ends, it ends," he said on the La Sotana podcast.

The Tarrega-born big man joined Barca in 2017 and was named team captain in 2020. Over the last five years, he logged 142 EuroLeague appearances, tallying 5.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 0.7 assists per game.

Girona lost its first three ACB League matches and is currently in the last (18th) place.
