Tyrese Maxey has a small fracture in his left foot and is expected to miss 3-4 weeks of action.
Tyrese Maxey has been improving year after year, increasing his totals two seasons in a row. However, the Philadelphia 76ers guard will be forced to miss some action due to an injury.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, Maxey has a small fracture in his left foot that he suffered during Friday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The player is set to miss 3-4 weeks of NBA action.
Maxey joins James Harden in an injured 76ers backcourt as the veteran guard has been recovering from a foot injury since November 1st.
After having a breakout performance in last year's playoffs, Maxey improved his numbers this year even more, averaging 22.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
The 76ers welcome the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight.
