Partizan MozzartBet Belgrade head coach Zeljko Obradovic provided positive injury updates regarding Alen Smailagic and Aleksa Avramovic.

According to Obradovic, both players should join practices from Monday. However, it seems that Avramovic will be on a bit lighter load as he will be allowed to work with the ball.

"I think that Smailagic will start training from Monday. I even think that Avramovic will get permission to start working with the ball," Obradovic said after Partizan's win vs. Buducnost. "It does not mean that he will start working with the team yet, but we will follow how he feels and see how much time he needs."

"He will determine how much time he needs because it is not easy to say otherwise. Basically, the last time he played was in June," added Obradovic.

The 62-year-old tactician also added that Balsa Koprivica is not close to returning yet.

"Balsa is not ready yet. He is doing some things in terms of fitness and some things with the ball, but he is not even close to joining the team," Partizan head coach concluded.

On November 23, Partizan announced that Smailagic would be out for six weeks due to torn tendon in his fourth finger of the right hand. However, he played on November 28 against Crvena Zvezda and now will join the team's practices.

In two EuroLeague games, Smailagic averages 7.0 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 6.5 PIR.

Avramovic is recovering from a right-hand injury and is yet to make his season debut, while Koprivica is recovering from the bone fraction in his right hand.

In five EuroLeague games, Koprivica averages 1.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.6 PIR.
