Desmond Bane was the top scorer with 24 points and helped the Memphis Grizzlies beat the Utah Jazz Sunday night. A different episode got stuck in NBA fans' heads from the game though.

Up by 8 (96-88), the Grizzlies had the last possession of the third quarter with Dillon Brooks handling the ball. The guard handed the ball to Bane who quickly cut to the basket past Jordan Clarkson.

With 5 seconds left on the game clock and unable to defend face-to-face, Clarkson threw a punch from behind directly into Bane's head. After a foul was called, Jaren Jackson Jr. immediately started approaching Clarkson, wanting to deal with him. The Jazz guard got into a fighting stance and had to be separated from the Grizzlies players by one of the referees.
