Lessort was allegedly hit by a snowball.
About an hour left until the eternal derby between host Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade and Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade, various incidents have been registered near the entrance to the Aleksandar Nikolic Hall, where a huge crowd of Red Star fans welcomed both teams.
Mathias Lessort, a former Zvezda and current Partizan center, was entering the hall surrounded by the police when allegedly a snowball hit him in the head area from the top of the arena's outside stairs.
Lessort was confused about what happened at first, but he soon realized what was going on and continued to walk on.

When Partizan players appeared on Aleksandar Nikolic Hall's floor for the warmup, Red Star fans kept pressuring their opponents.
Partizan guard Uros Trifunovic (a son of Aleksandar Trifunovic, former Zvezda player and coach) and general manager Zoran Savic received insulting yells from the stands.
