OG Anunoby injury: out at least a week

OG Anunoby suffered a left wrist injury during a game against the Warriors on Friday. The player will miss at least the next 4 games and will be re-evaluated after a match against the Grizzlies on Sunday.

Sitting in the 12th spot in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors will have to play without one of their main players at least this week.

OG Anunoby has suffered a left wrist injury and will miss at least the next four games, the team announced.

Imaging has been done on the wrist, and the player will be re-evaluated after the game against the Memphis Grizzlies on February 5th.

The forward got injured in a game against the Golden State Warriors on Friday when he drove to the basket and got stopped with a harsh foul by JaMychal Green. He shot the two free throws and then left the game.

Anunoby has been one of the best players on the team, averaging 16.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. He's recently been part of trade talks with two teams interested in acquiring the Raptors forward.
