NBA referee Ben Taylor admitted that the officials should have made a foul call on Saddiq Bey during the last possession in the game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Atlanta Hawks.

With less than 2 seconds left, Timberwolves forward Taurean Prince and Atlanta's Bey were fighting for a potential rebound, and it seemed that Prince pushed away Bey. However, the referees didn't make the call.

Timberwolves won the game 125-124 after Karl-Antony Towns made both game-winning free throws with 3.6 seconds left.

NBA released the Pool Report on Wednesday night, where Taylor says that the referees missed the call.

Pool Report on the Final Play of the Atlanta at Minnesota Game

QUESTION: Why was there not a foul called on Saddiq Bey's last shot on the last possession?
TAYLOR: On post-game review, we see it. It appears that Prince moves back into Bey's space, and we should have assessed a foul on the play.

QUESTION: And for clarification, was that a landing space, or was he making contact?TAYLOR: Looks like, from one of the angles that we have, that he backs on the rebounding action as the ball is coming down, and he is moving backwards into him and delivers a little bit of contact there.
