FC Bayern Munich suffered their third straight EuroLeague defeat on Friday night, losing to blazing-hot EA7 Emporio Armani Milan on the road, 99-74. But that was not the only issue.

Bayern are having an injury-plagued season, and they sustained another unexpected blow before the EuroLeague Round 30 game at Mediolanum Forum.

He was removed from the Bayern roster for the Milan game.

According to Fabrizio Lorenzi of La Repubblica, Jaramaz will return to Munich, where a possible medical intervention will be evaluated.

Following his team's loss, coach Andrea Trinchieri thanked the Milan organization for the quick reaction and assistance.

"I would really like to thank the Milan organization," Trinchieri said in the post-game conference. "We had a medical emergency and they helped us very much. These are important things because we have a player in the hospital, and that was not scheduled. We needed help. Thank you again, people!"

Bayern's official Twitter account followed in Trinchieri's footsteps and posted a gratitude message.

"We want to say thank you to the whole Milan organization for their help regarding the medical emergency of Ognjen Jaramaz! Grazie mille, guys!"
