According to a report by Israeli ONE, FC Bayern Munich are close to a deal with a former EuroLeague champion Othello Hunter. Veteran (35, 2.03) center remains one of the top free agents available on the market.
A free-agent big man finished last season with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv. He averaged 8.0 points and 5.3 rebounds in EuroLeague. The American had 9.9 points and 4.5 rebounds in the Israeli Winner League regular season plus 6.0 points and 7.4 rebounds in the playoffs helping Maccabi to win the title.
In 2019, Hunter became a EuroLeague champion with CSKA Moscow. He previously played with Montepaschi Siena, Olympiacos, and Real Madrid.
