Forward Dejan Davidovac became the latest Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade player to enter their health and safety protocols, the Serbian club announced.
Head coach Dejan Radonjic, first assistant coach Goran Boskovic, member of staff Nikolay Birac and a total of 9 players were first to make this list. Athletes include: Branko Lazic, Luka Mitrovic, Austin Hollins, Nate Walters, Ognjen Dobric, Stefan Markovic, Marko Simonovic, Maik Zirbes and Nikola Kalinic who was diagnosed with coronavirus before the game against KK Split.
As in previous cases, according to all health measures and doctors' recommendations, Dejan Davidovac will spend the next period in isolation and under the supervision of club doctors.
Crvena Zvezda were supposed to welcome Real Madrid for EuroLeague Round 20 on January 11, however, the high number of cases forced the Serbs to ask for a suspension, a request granted by the league.
