One more COVID-19 case has hit the EuroLeague. Bitci Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz have announced that Tadas Sedekerskis tested positive for the virus.
According to the club's official announcement, the player is isolated at home and in good health, following the health protocol and under the supervision of the Baskonia medical services.
Sedekerskis joins a growing number of cases in the Spanish club. Last Sunday, Arturs Kurucs tested positive for COVID-19 as well, while Alec Peters tested positive just before the EuroLeague match against FC Bayern on Friday.

Known for his high effort on both sides of the court, Sedekerskis is one of the integral parts of the team, averaging 5.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.4 assists for 8.6 PIR per game for the Basque club.
Baskonia travels to Athens to play against Panathinaikos OPAP Athens this Friday. The club currently sits 15th in the EuroLeague standings with 7 wins and 13 losses.
