Bitci Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz and Lamar Peters agreed to end their relationship, according to the official club's information.
Yesterday the Basques announced that Peters suffered a muscle injury and will be sidelined for five to six weeks.
The American athlete arrived at Vitoria on November 2, 2021.
Peters averaged 4.7 points and 2.6 assists for only 0.5 PIR in 15 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague matches for Baskonia.
Baskonia currently sit 16th in the EuroLeague standings with 7 wins and 16 losses, having lost the last 5 matches in the tournament. The team flies to Milan to meet AX Armani Exchange on Thursday.
