Zenit Saint Petersburg and Conner Frankamp have agreed to terminate their partnership by mutual consent.
The American point guard joined the Russian club in the summer of 2021. Over 8 VTB League games, the 26-year-old averaged 5.3 points, 1.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists. In his maiden EuroLeague season, Frankamp logged 7.8 points, 0.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists.
Frankamp played his best game with Zenit on December 12, 2021 against Nizhny Novgorod, scoring 20 points (on 4/5 three-point shots), while dishing out 6 assists. He scored 16 points against Olympiacos Piraeus on November 13, 2021.
The former UCAM Murcia player is now a free agent, although the EuroLeague transfer period is long over.
