Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul has announced that they have officially parted ways with their head coach Sasa Djordjevic.
Djordjevic coached Fenerbahce for a single year this past season. Fenerbahce had an unsteady season.
Under the 54-year-old coach, Fenerbahce this season managed to take down Euroleague champions Anadolu Efes in the Turkish League Basketball finals to end a drought that lasted since the 2017-2018 season.
However, the team did not manage to make the playoffs in the EuroLeague, ending the season with 10 wins and 18 losses.
