Following the signing of Darrun Hilliard, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv have announced the departure of one of its players.
The club has parted ways with Oz Blayzer. The team did not issue a separate news article regarding the matter.
"Thanks to Maccabi Tel Aviv for the last two years, for the love I received from everyone, and for the beautiful farewell messages the fans sent me," Blayzer wrote on Twitter.
The new Blayzer's team is already known. Hapoel Jerusalem announced about signing a two-year contract with the player not long after the Maccabi message.
"I am very happy to be at Hapoel. I have always loved playing in the arena, the energy and the madness in games have always been through the roof, and I look forward to being on the red side," Blayzer said following the announcement.
Blayzer was an episode player for Maccabi in the EuroLeague, averaging 1.3 points and 1.1 rebounds. In 27 games in the Israeli League, Blayzer averaged 5.7 points and 2.6 rebounds for 7.2 PIR.
