Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv officially announced the addition of Rafael Menco. The contract is valid for two years.
"I am happy to join such a big club as Maccabi, with all its history," Menco told the official website of Maccabi. "I have watched Maccabi play in the EuroLeague so many times with great fans alongside. I cannot wait to get started."
The 28-year-old forward is coming off a successful stint in Hapoel Holon. Menco averaged 8.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 5.8 PIR over 18 Basketball Champions League games last season.

Hapoel participated in the Final Four of the BCL competition but finished fourth, losing against Tenerife in the semis and Ludwigsburg in the match for the third place.
Rafael Menco also became the Israeli league champion this past campaign. He was instrumental in such an achievement, registering 9.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 10.6 PIR in 27 domestic contests.
Menco is well aware of the new Maccabi head coach Oded Kattash. Under him, Menco competed in Hapoel Eilat and the Israeli national team.
"I am very pleased to join forces with Rafi once again," said Kattash. "Apart of his personal abilities, he brings lots of energy and basketball IQ. He is a hard worker, made progress every year, and joins Maccabi in his prime."
Menco is the seventh addition to the Maccabi roster, after securing the signatures of Darrun Hilliard, Austin Hollins, Guy Pnini, Bonzie Colson, Alex Poythress, and coach Oded Kattash.
The Israeli powerhouse is close to signing Josh Nebo and Lorenzo Brown as well.
