Anadolu Efes Istanbul's head coach said that Shane Larkin has flown to the USA to treat his injury. The player will have a checkup next Friday, October 14th.
Shane Larkin has been recovering from a wrist injury he suffered in early September when he had to leave EuroBasket 2022 for surgery.
After a win against Petkim Spor today, Anadolu Efes Istanbul head coach Ergin Ataman provided an update on one of his main players.
"Shane Larkin has a checkup this week, October 14th. He went to America yesterday. I guess he can't play for another 4-5 weeks," the coach told. "We will evaluate his situation week by week, but I don't think he can play at least 6-7 more games in the EuroLeague."

Larkin suffered an injury on the wrist of his shooting arm during the Group Phase of EuroBasket 2022 and had to leave the team before the playoffs.
Efes will now travel to Monaco to face the Monegasque team in the EuroLeague on Thursday. The match is scheduled to start at 19:00 CET.
