Kevin Pangos suffers a concerning knee injury

Kevin Pangos suffered a right knee injury during the game vs. Fenerbahce.

EA7 Emporio Armani Milan's problems continue, as Kevin Pangos left the game vs. Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul with a knee injury.

With 6:23 remaining in the third quarter, Pangos made a foul against Nick Calathes and injured his right knee during the moment. The Canadian guard immediately left the court and didn't come back to the court.

"We are very concerned about his injury. He can't move his knee. Tomorrow we'll do an MRI, we'll see," head coach Ettore Messina said after the game.
