Vezenkov missed Wednesday's practice as he suffers from a right adductor muscle spasm. He is listed as doubtful for Friday's game against Panathinaikos.
The 27-year-old forward missed Tuesday's game in the Greek League versus AS Karditsas.
Vezenkov averages 19.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 25.3 PIR in 15 EuroLeague games this season.
Olympiacos will play Panathinaikos on Friday at 20:00 CET.
