Lebanon U19 national team set a new fewest points scored record in the FIBA Basketball World Cup U19 after losing 20-102 against Spain U19.

Lebanon U19 national team set an unprecedented performance in the FIBA Basketball World Cup U19.

Lebanon lost against Spain 20-102 (2-29, 4-33, 10-22, 4-18) in the Round of 16, setting the fewest points record in a single game in the FIBA Basketball World Cup U19 history.

Previously, the record was held by Ivory Coast when it lost against the USA 29-88.

Karim Rtail was the leading scorer for Lebanon, finishing the game with 8 points (3/9 2PT, 0/5 3PT, 2/2 FT), 3 rebounds, 2 blocks, 4 turnovers, and -2 EFF.

Lebanon shot only 8 for 55 from the field, making only one 3-pointer out of 16 attempts.

Sergio De Larrea Asenjo led the way for Spain, contributing with 23 points (6/10 2PT, 3/7 3PT, 2/2 FT), 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 6 steals, 3 turnovers, and 27 EFF.
