ALBA Berlin have found a replacement for Luke Sikma. According to Rupert Fabig of Basketball in Deutschland, forward Justin Bean has a deal in place with the German powerhouse.

SDNA adds that Bean and ALBA have reached an agreement on a three-year contract.

Bean, 26, started his professional career last year after playing for four years at Utah State University.

The 2.01-meter American went undrafted in the summer of 2022 and later joined Memphis Grizzlies' affiliate in the G-League, Memphis Hustle.

Bean averaged 10.2 points (FG: 47.8%; 3FG: 36.7%), 6.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 0.9 steals over 26.6 minutes in 31 games (19 starts) last season.

Recently, Bean participated in his second NBA Summer League. While he represented the Los Angeles Clippers the previous summer, this time he played for the Boston Celtics. Throughout five games, with three of them as a starter, Bean averaged 7.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists.
