Nikola Mirotic joins Milan on a three-year deal.
After four years in Spain, Nikola Mirotic is taking his talents to Italy.
EA7 Emporio Armani Milan have officially announced that the EuroLeague star is joining the team on a three-year contract.
"I am very happy to become part of this great Olimpia Milano family and to contribute to the competitiveness of this great team and organization," Mirotic said. "I am also happy to play again for coach Ettore Messina, who I met when I was a young player. I am sure that we will all enjoy this season, and we will make our fans proud."

Mirotic last played for FC Barcelona. Before leaving Barca, Mirotic still had two years left in his contract with the Catalan team, but the organization had informed that they no longer saw a future for the Montenegrin power forward on the squad.
At first, Mirotic seemed to be transferring to Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade. However, the deal collapsed due to threats the player received.
The 33-year-old suffered an Achilles injury before the start of the 2022-23 season that kept him out until December. After returning to the court, Mirotic averaged 15.4 points and 4.3 rebounds for 16.4 PIR. His numbers were similar in the Spanish Liga Endesa -- 13.6 points and 4.6 rebounds for 15.6 PIR.
Together with Barca, Mirotic won two Liga Endesa titles and two Copa del Rey trophies. He also became the EuroLeague MVP in 2022 after missing out on the award in 2021.
