After several weeks of absence, Panathinaikos Athens player Konstantinos Mitoglou is ready to return to the basketball court.

The 27-year-old forward will be registered to the 12-man roster against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv on Friday.

It will mark Mitoglou's first game in the EuroLeague after an 18-month break due to his previous doping suspension.

Mitoglou left team practice in late September due to a second-degree contusion in his left calf. The initial projected timeline was for him to miss three weeks of action. He will return after almost exactly three weeks.

Panathinaikos will look to bounce back after a tough loss against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on Tuesday when the team scored just 69 points.
