Zalgiris Kaunas forward Brady Manek will have to spend some time without basketball as he suffered a serious injury, the Lithuanian club confirmed.
Zalgiris announced that the 25-year-old forward suffered a right knee injury during the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) game against Neptunas Klaipedas on Monday. Manek is set to miss at least 4 weeks of action.
If Manek remains sidelined for the whole of December, he will miss 7 EuroLeague games, including tonight's matchup against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan.
Manek averages 7.3 points (46% 3PT), 3.3 rebounds, and 6.6 PIR per game in 10 EuroLeague appearances for Zalgiris.
