Adam Hanga, Trey Thompkins, and Javonte Smart left Crvena Zvezda.
Ahead of the new 2024-25 EuroLeague season, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade parted ways with three players.
The Serbian club announced that Javonte Smart, Adam Hanga, and Trey Thompkins are leaving the organization.
While Hanga began the season with the red-and-whites, Smart and Thompkins arrived in Belgrade as mid-season additions. Hanga was the most productive out of the three, averaging 8 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.4 assists for 8.2 PIR in the EuroLeague.
Hanga finished the season sidelined due to a hand injury he suffered during a team practice. He still had a year left in his contract.
Thompkins, meanwhile, arrived at the club injured and took weeks to finally join the squad.
So far in the offseason, Crvena Zvezda have officially announced the signings of Isaiah Canaan, Nikola Kalinic, and Mike Daum, while Codi Miller-McIntyre is expected to join the club as well.
