Donta Hall has joined Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz on a two-year deal.
After three years with AS Monaco, high-flying center Donta Hall has moved to another EuroLeague team. Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz officially announced a two-year deal with Hall.
Last summer, the 26-year-old extended his contract with Monaco until 2025, but both sides agreed to part ways by mutual consent.
In his third EuroLeague season, Hall averaged 4.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 8.0 PIR over 13:40 minutes per game. Hall and Monaco made the EuroLeague playoffs in their first two seasons and won the French League twice, in 2023 and 2024.
Hall made a strong impression in his rookie EuroLeague season in 2021-22, posting 8.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 12.6 PIR. In his first year at Monaco, he scored in double digits 15 times in 35 games, and repeated the feat 13 times in 41 appearances last season.
Before his EuroLeague stint, Hall went undrafted out of Alabama in 2019 but gained NBA experience with the Detroit Pistons, Brooklyn Nets, and Orlando Magic, playing 22 games over two seasons.
In the NBA, Hall averaged 5.1 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
