Tamir Blatt has extended his contract with Maccabi for two years, keeping him with the team until 2026.
Israeli guard Tamir Blatt will remain with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv for two more years, as the team officially announced. His previous contract was set to expire in 2025.
Blatt joined Maccabi in the summer of 2023 after spending two years with ALBA Berlin.
"I am happy and proud to continue my journey with our team," Blatt said on the club's official website. "Thank you to the management, the coaching staff, and, of course, our wonderful fans for their support and trust."
In the last regular season of the EuroLeague, Blatt averaged 7 points per game, shooting 39.3% from three-point range, and contributed 4.8 assists in nearly 19 minutes per game.
His performance improved in the playoffs against Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens, where he recorded 7.8 points and 5.2 assists.
