While AS Monaco occupy third place in the EuroLeague standings with a 14-9 record after 23 Rounds, the Roca Team will have to make do without two important players in its next games.

Jordan Loyd, who has been out with a hamstring injury since January 17 and Monaco's trip to Belgrade, has already missed the matches against Nancy and Virtus Bologna since. The shooting guard willn not be flying with the squad to Le Mans for Sunday's LNB Round 17 contest, as he may miss three more weeks.

According to BeBasket's Alexandre Lacoste, the 2023 French league Finals MVP might be back in time for the Leaders Cup, where the Roca Team will face Bourg-en-Bresse in the quarter-finals in Caen on February 14.

Elie Okobo's case is slightly different. Even though the French international has been suspended following an obscene gesture against referee Freddy Lepercq, the sanction will take effect from the next weekend (February 1-2).

However, Okobo is also facing an injury on his heel and he has already missed the trip to Bologna on Thursday. It's still uncertain whether he will be back next week when Monaco take on Real Madrid for Round 24.
