Oklahoma City Thunder are waiving Gabriel Deck to make roster room for the trade, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The Deck $3.7M contract was set to become guaranteed on Friday, as ESPN's Bobby Marks reports. His cap hit is $1.69M.
The Argentinian forward played only 6 games this season and averaged 1.8 points over 7.5 minutes.
The 26-year-old was a member of OKC since April 12, 2021, when he signed a multi-year deal.
In total, he competed in 17 NBA duels, holding career averages of 6 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists.
Before coming to the strongest basketball league, Gabriel Deck established his name in Europe, playing with Real Madrid (2018-21).
