The curtain was closed on another Lithuanian basketball league (LKL) campaign, where all the winners of the LKL season awards were announced.
It was a ceremony different from the ones in the past 11 years as this time Zalgiris Kaunas was not on the spotlight and Rytas Vilnius received the LKL champions‘ rings.
A special tribute was paid to Paulius Jankunas upon his retirement. Paulius has the biggest number of LKL champions rings – he won 15 rings playing with Zalgiris.
