Patrick Beverley is heading to the Orlando Magic via trade, Shams Charania from The Athletic reports.

According to the report, the Los Angeles Lakers will receive center Mo Bamba.

Beverley averaged 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 45 games for the Lakers this season.

Khobi Price from Orlando Sports reports that it's unlikely Beverley will play for the Magic.

Bamba produced 7.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.0 block per game in 40 contests for the Magic.

Bamba will most likely replace Bryant Thomas as a second center in the Lakers lineup. Bryant was traded for Devon Reed to the Denver Nuggets.
